Sunday Funday at CFSWP! 2:00pm CrossFit 101 2:00pm Oly/open gym 3:00pm Baseline Wod to kick off challenge (no team today). Clean eating challengers: pictures/ measurements start at 2:30pm, then our baseline WOD Helen is at 3pm. You will have 15 min to work up to a heavy clean (beginners can front squat) then we will do Helen. We will retest in 30 days! What a great way to start off the year with this challenge and Benchmark workout. 2 winners will split the pot! What if I am not an official clean eating challenger, can I still join in? Yes! Even if you are not doing the clean eating challenge officially, you can join us for this benchmark workout. Official challengers go first.;) AND Those who sign up/register on front desk/our website to each class in January will automatically be entered into a raffle to win a special prize!
